Air Products India is proud to be selected by The Economic Times as one of the Best Organisations for Women 2022. This recognition celebrates companies that have stepped forward and created a new benchmark for Diversity & Inclusion in Corporate India by empowering women colleagues and integrating them into their workforce.

Out of 1,000 organizations considered, Air Products India was one of only 80 companies shortlisted to be recognised for meeting or exceeding criteria related to diversity percentage in overall workforce, representation of women across all levels of employment and leadership, and policies for women creating a conducive work environment.

Diversity in Professional and Managerial Roles | Women (Global)-Baseline 25%, Goal 28% by 2025 2025 | Minority (US)-Baseline 17%, Goal 30% by 2025
*Air Products achieved its initial 20 percent goal set in October 2020 for minority representation in U.S. professional and managerial roles and in November 2021 set a new goal of 30 percent representation in these roles by 2025.

Raising the Bar for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging

We will not rest on our success. After achieving a publicly-stated goal for U.S. minority representation in professional and managerial roles four years ahead of schedule, Air Products has moved the goal line. 

In October 2020, we announced a goal to achieve at least 20 percent minority representation from a 17 percent base level in our U.S. professional and managerial population by 2025. Having already reached this objective in 2021, Air Products set a new, ambitious goal to achieve 30 percent U.S. minority representation in these roles by 2025. This is yet another measurable, transparent step toward achieving our objective of becoming the most diverse industrial gas company in the world.
